| Click on the Forgot Password link in the main page of the site, enter your email address, We will send you an automatic email with the requested login information. |

Go to my Account page,to change your password, Click on account settings to change your password, and then save it.
To change your email address, click on personal information, change your email address, then save it. |

| Can I view other members profiles without appearing in their Who Looked At Me list? |
| Yes, if you make your profile invisible while you are looking at their profiles, you will not appear in their who looked at my profile. |

| What advantages does the subscribed member have over a regular member? |
| The subscribed members can send emails, and chat with other members during the subscription period even if the other member is not a subscribed member. |

| How Do I become a subscribed member? |
| Go to the home page, click on subscribe, choose the membership type, and a payment method. |

| Will my membership be automatically renewed after it expires? |
| No, unless you request it to be renewed when you become a subscribed member. |

2-Profile
How do I make my profile invisible to other members? |
| Go to the home page, click on the red button on the top right corner of the page visible/invisible to change your profile status. |

| How do I make my profile offline? |
| Go to the home page, click on the red button on the top right corner of the page online/offline to change your profile status. |
| |
| How do I make changes to my profile? |
| Go to my profile page, click on edit profile, each section of your profile will have edit icon on the right upper corner, click on edit, make the changes you want, then click on save. |

| What is the difference between making my profile invisible and making it offline? |
| When your profile status is invisible, other members will not be able to find you when they search profiles and they will not be able to send you roses or emails. But when your profile status is offline, other members can find your profile when they search profiles, and then can send you roses and emails, when you profile status is offline, you can search profiles, see who is online, other members will see you as offline though, and they cannot chat with you. |

| Does my Profile need to be approved by The Arab Match before it starts appearing to other members? |
| Yes, The Arab Match staff will review your profile within 24 hours, if your profile does not meet the requirements of The Arab Match, then your profile status will be changed and your profile will be suspended until you make the required changes. |

| What Are The Profile Guidelines? |
We periodically revise our guidelines. We may reject profiles that contain any or all of the following:
- Abusive language of any kind, including vulgarity, and racism.
- Personal contact information such as: Personal email addresses, Phone numbers,Personal websites, URLs, Instant messenger Ids.
- Use of unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked material.
- Any kind of Marketing and advertisement such as business and political advertisements.
- We don’t accept members under the age of 18 and individuals that are incarcerated. Nor any materials that solicits personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

| Can I post any photo I want in my profile? |
Please follow these photo guidelines:
- image files must be received in an approved format
- the image type must be jpig
- image size should be 300 pixels wide or smaller
- black and white photos are often smaller in size and more flattering;
- you must appear in each photo;
- nude, obscene, sexual or otherwise offensive photos will not be posted;
- image file can be no larger than 200k;
- copyrighted material will not be posted

| Go to the home page, click on notifications, and you will find out who has looked at your profile. |

| How Do I Delete My Profile? |
| Go to my Account page, click on account settings. Then click on delete my profile, your profile will be deleted permanently. |

Can I control who sends me emails and roses? and Roses |
| You can control who sends you emails and roses by blocking the member, once you block the member they will not be able to send you emails, roses or chat with you. |

| What is a rose? |
| Other members who like your profile will be able to send you a rose to express interest in you. |
| |
| Do I need to be a subscribed member to be able to send roses? |
| No, it is free. All members can send and receive roses. |

| Can I control what notifications The Arab Match sends to my email? |
| Yes, by going to my account page, click on account settings;you can decide which notifications you would like to receive from us. Then click update privacy when you are done. |

What do I need to do to be able to chat with other members? |
| 3 things are necessary to use the Instant Messenger: 1. You must have Flash installed on your computer , 2. You must have your pop-up blocker disabled, 3. You must have javascript enabled on your browser, and of course you need to be a subscribed member. |

| Do I need to be a subscribed member to be able to reply to a message I receive from other members? |
| No, it is free to reply to emails as long as the member who sent you the email is still a subscribed member. |

| Why do I get a blank window when trying to chat with someone? |
| This is most likely due to the fact that Flash is not installed on your system. To get a free copy of Flash, please visit Adobe. |

| My Instant Messenger chat window won't finish loading. What should I do? |
| Sometimes, your computer may have trouble completely downloading the Instant Messenger chat window. It will not load beyond a certain point. To clear up this problem, you need to clear your cache (delete your Temporary Internet Files). In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options and click the Delete button in the Temporary Internet Files box. In Firefox, go to Tools > Options, and on the Privacy tab, click "Clear" next to Cache. |

| The first communication should be through email. We recommend you to be wary of confusing and odd behavior. Start slowly and keep in mind that the person at the other end may not be who they say they are, basically use your own judgement and instincts. |

You should start by getting to know the person and slowly develop a rapport, then if you feel comfortable enough , feel free to offer your email address and/ or your phone number. |

| Yes , asking another member for a photo is a good way to help you achieve a gut feeling about the person you are getting to know online. You should see few different pictures of someone in different settings. And if you are not able to get their picture and hear excuses about why you can’t see a photo, be wary because they might have something to hide. |

| Communicating on the phone can give you a pretty good idea about the person’ communication style . you can also see if there is some kind of chemistry between you and the person by talking to them on the phone. First , use your cell phone instead of a home phone, and also make sure not to reveal your personal ohone number to a stranger.Then , when you feel completely comfortable, you can exchange your phone numbers. |
